Founded in 1985 by attorney Ted M. Riseling, our firm began with a simple mission: to offer experienced, individualized counsel in estate planning and probate law. In 1997, the practice became Riseling & Rhodes, P.C. when attorney Jeff Rhodes joined as a shareholder, strengthening the firm’s long-standing tradition of client-focused service.
